What you will need:
• Pre-cooked shredded chicken, boneless.
• Pre-cooked maple bacon strips.
• Caramelized Vidalia onions.
• Chopped artichokes.
• 1 cup of tomato paste.
• 5 tbsp of Saracha sauce
• 2 tbsp of lemon juice
• 2 tbsp of minced garlic.
• 1 tbsp of wasabi sauce.
• 1 tbsp of salt.
• Pre-made pizza crust.
• Desired amount of Garlic butter, just make sure there is enough to cover entire surface of pizza, softened for an hour before hand.
• Mozzerella Cheese.
Pre-heat oven to 500 degrees F.
While the oven is preheating, take a pizza pan and spread on your pizza dough, make sure your pan is well greased and has a sprinkling of cornmeal laid down before-hand. When you’re done take the Garlic butter and spread it over the surface of the dough. When the oven is ready, put it in for about 10-15 min.
While the dough is doing its thing, in a bowl mix 1 cup of tomato paste, 3 tbsp of Saracha sauce, 2 tbsp of lemon juice2 tbsp of minced garlic, 1 tbsp of wasabi sauce, 1 tsp of salt.
Remove crust from oven and add the sauce, then evenly spread on desired amount of Mozzarella cheese (to know if you have enough, rule of thumb is that you should not see the sauced surface beneath the cheese) then a light even sprinkling of oregano over the surface.
Next is the toppings. Evenly over surface, put on in order: Pre-cooked shredded chicken, boneless, Pre-cooked bacon strips, caramelized Vidalia onions, chopped artichokes, light sprinkling of cheese.
Stick in oven and set timer for about 7-10 minutes or until crust is golden.
Take out and make sure that the pizza is not sticking to the pan with a spatula then let sit for about 5 minutes.
Stick a film on the screen, sit, gorge and enjoy!
